The hobby has a trust problem — rigged randoms, searched boxes, rules that change after you pay. So here are ours, in writing, before you spend a dollar. This page is the standard we hold ourselves to on every single show.
The random is on camera
Every team randomization runs live on random.org, on screen, before the first pack is touched. No off-camera draws, ever — if you missed it live, ask and we'll point you at the VOD.
Sealed product, shown first
Every box is shown sealed on camera before it's opened. What you see ripped is what gets sorted, sleeved, and shipped. Nothing leaves the frame between rip and package.
The rules are posted before you buy
Format, product list, spot prices, and ship timeline are stated before the break fills. If a break doesn't fill, it cancels and everyone is refunded — we never rip half-full and keep the leftovers.
Shipping is fast and combined
Everything ships from New York in 1–2 business days with tracking. Multiple spots or a stack of singles? Shipping combines — you never pay full freight twice on the same trip to the mailbox.
A blank spot is disclosed, not hidden
Random distribution means some spots strike out. That's the honest math of a break and we say it up front — before you buy, not after you're skunked.
Mistakes get fixed, full stop

How do I join a Badass Breaks break?
Follow @badassbreaks on Whatnot with notifications on — breaks are scheduled and announced there first. Claim your team or spot during the live show, and watch your cards come out of the pack in real time.
What happens if a break doesn't fill?
It cancels and every spot is refunded in full. We never rip a half-full break and keep the unsold teams' cards unless that was the stated rule before anyone paid — and for us, it never is.
How do I know the randomization is fair?

How fast do my cards ship?
